Add your first resident

All you need is the resident's name, phone number, and (optional) room number.

When you save, the system automatically creates their daily check-in schedule and sets up phone and SMS contact methods. No extra clicks.

You can add residents one at a time, or paste in a list to bulk-add them.

Day one — a friendly welcome

When you sign them up, your resident gets a brief welcome call or text. It introduces the service and explains how to check in tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow morning — the call

If they haven't already checked in early, a call comes in at their scheduled time. They press 1 to confirm they're well. The whole call is under 30 seconds. Works with any phone — landline, flip phone, or smartphone.

If they don't pick up

The system retries every 10 minutes for an hour (configurable). It also tries SMS if you've enabled that channel. Most residents check in within the first few attempts.

If they still don't respond

After your alert delay buffer (default 30 minutes), you get notified. The buffer catches natural late check-ins so the alert reflects only residents actually still missing.
